Compliance rates appear once 3 runs have been published. Each individual policy check also needs that many reports of its own before it is listed, so the table fills in gradually.
What gets checked
Whatever the client can read on the machine: Group Policy and registry settings on Windows, MDM and configuration profiles on macOS, and local policy everywhere — password and lockout policy, audit policy, script-block logging, and the rest. Each check carries the value found, the value expected, and whether the two agree.
